These terms govern use of 1linkfrance.fr, published by 1LINK FRANCE (SIREN 994 324 986). By using the site you accept them.

The site is free to use for personal, non-commercial reading. You must not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, overload the service with automated requests or use the site unlawfully.

We may suspend access temporarily for maintenance, security or legal reasons.

We take reasonable care over the content, but it is general information and may change without notice. Descriptions of games in development reflect the position when written; the store listing and the game’s own privacy policy are authoritative once a game is released.

If you spot an error, tell us so we can correct it.

1Link Games titles will be distributed through Google Play, whose terms govern downloads, payments and refunds. Your statutory consumer rights under French and EU law are not affected.

Text, graphics, layout and code belong to 1LINK FRANCE or are used with permission. Do not use the 1Link Games name to suggest endorsement without written permission. Short quotations for review or news reporting are welcome where French law allows, with the source acknowledged.

Names and marks of other businesses that appear on the site, such as Google Play, belong to their owners.

Links to services such as Google Play or the official company register are provided for reference only. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link does not imply any partnership.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under French law, including liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury.

Subject to that, we are not liable for loss arising from temporary unavailability of the site or reliance on general information. We take reasonable steps to keep the site free from malicious code, but you should keep your own devices protected.

We aim to keep the site usable with assistive technology. If any part is hard to use, tell us and we will provide the information another way.

If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. If we do not enforce a right immediately, we may still do so later.

These terms are written in French and English; in case of inconsistency the French version prevails.

We may revise these terms, for example when a game is released. The version and date at the top show the latest change, and changes never apply retrospectively.

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge and the EU online dispute resolution platform, and you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence. Otherwise the courts with jurisdiction over our head office are competent.
